I have tried spaghetti squash many times now, but I almost always have dishes (especially if I make a "lasagna" type dish) that are very watery. Even if I try to dry the squash well. How do you make it not so watery in your dishes?
Thank you for such a great collection. LOVE spaghetti squash, but not the water. 🙂

Hi Carol, yes most of the veggie type noodle do have some water that comes out when cooked. Sometimes if I cooked them in advance and store in the fridge overnight then reheat them and pat dry it helps. use a thicker sauce on them, that way if it dilutes the sauce it won't become too thin.
